Canadian students typically need to have completed a Bachelor Degree (Honours)/Baccalauréat/Professional Degree at an accredited university or college in a variety of subject areas and a minimum of three years' appropriate and relevant leadership work experience. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis for senior managers with more than ten years’ managerial work experience who don’t have an honours degree. |
